Albuquerque, New Mexico: John Tysseling, Ph.D., has reestablished Energy, Economic and Environmental Consultants LLC, (E3c LLC), a consulting firm providing strategic energy and environmental economic analyses to clients across North America. He has been an applied economist for four decades

Tysseling formed E3c, Inc. in 1992 after working for the New Mexico State Land Office as Director of the Economic, Statistical & Policy Analysis Division, and as an Economist for the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the University of New Mexico. For the past nine years, Tysseling worked with one of the nation’s largest business consulting firms. As Consulting Director, his work focused on analysis of strategic capital investment, litigation strategies, regulated utility services, as well as energy and natural resource issues. Prior to that, Tysseling spent two years as Chief Economist for New Mexico’s Department of Taxation and Revenue.

E3c LLC will continue to offer expertise in applied natural resource economics, economic modeling and forecasting, market competition, economic damage analysis, and long-term modeling of financial performance of energy systems.
